Balazs Sarrang is the senior architect and project manager at Smarthitect Studio in Phuket, bringing over 33 years of experience in architecture and project management across Europe and Asia. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture Design from Hungary. In 2000, he founded Project System International Holding Co LTD, successfully managing residential and commercial projects. After relocating to Thailand in 2010, he established Smarthitect Studio, offering comprehensive architectural planning, design, and project management, and later launched Design and Build Ltd to expand his services.

iRetreat Paktongchai is a luxurious wellness retreat located on a 40-hectare mountain property, offering a tranquil environment with just 8 exclusive villas. The retreat features an infinity pool, hot tub onsen, gym with sauna, and a meditation hall for deep relaxation and spiritual practice. Guests can enjoy nature with a 2-kilometer walking track and outdoor spaces, including a multi-purpose outdoor area and amphitheater. It also offers a multi-purpose hall for corporate retreats. Ideal for relaxation, meditation, and group events.

Sunset Residence
This luxurious three-story villa on Koh Yao Noi combines modern design with stunning ocean views. It features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and spans 851 m². The upper floor includes a private living area with two bedrooms and expansive terraces. The middle level boasts a long swimming pool and open-plan spaces, while the lower floor offers rental apartments and a second pool with a cascading waterfall. Designed with tropical colors and durable materials, the villa is set for completion in January 2025.

Halo Sea View Roof Garden and Terrace Bar
The Mira Glow Karon Hotel features a serene Sea View Roof Garden and Terrace Bar (600 m²) with a distinctive pitched roof and elevated deck offering stunning sea views, and a tranquil ground floor Massage Spa (200 m²). The spa is designed as an oasis, with sun-inspired decorative elements and custom-printed tile wall coverings in each room, creating a personalized and cohesive atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Completed in 2023, the project includes architecture, engineering, interior design, landscape design, and project management.
